Remoteasy.io is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

You may not share, transfer, sell, assign, or license your account access to any other person. SECTION 2 - OUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSES

Remoteasy.io offers digital courses, training materials, templates, resources, and related educational content (collectively, "Digital Products"). We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our Digital Products in our descriptions and marketing materials.

Course Content: All course modules, videos, documents, templates, and resources are delivered digitally through our platform. Course content is subject to updates and improvements at our sole discretion to ensure relevance and quality.

Access: Upon successful purchase and payment processing, you will receive immediate access to your purchased Digital Products via email and/or through your account dashboard. Access is granted for personal use only.

Course Updates: We may update, modify, or add to course content to improve quality and relevance. You will have access to these updates at no additional cost for courses you have already purchased.

We reserve the right to discontinue any course or Digital Product at any time. If a course you have purchased is discontinued, you will retain access to the existing content for a reasonable period as specified in your purchase confirmation.

All descriptions of Digital Products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND DIGITAL DELIVERY

When you place an order for a Digital Product, you are making an offer to purchase. Remoteasy.io reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

Order Processing: Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. We must receive and verify your payment before granting access to any Digital Products.

Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive:

A confirmation email with your order details
Login credentials or access instructions (if applicable)
Direct access to your purchased Digital Product(s)

No Cancellations After Access: Because Digital Products are delivered immediately and in full upon purchase, we cannot accommodate cancellation or refund requests once you have gained access to the content. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Personal Use Only: You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a Digital Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.

Taxes: Posted prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Payment Information: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card or payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

Promotions: We may offer promotions that are governed by terms and conditions separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

SECTION 5 - NO SHIPPING (DIGITAL PRODUCTS ONLY)

All Remoteasy.io products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping. You will receive access to your purchased Digital Products immediately upon successful payment processing via email and/or your account dashboard.

SECTION 6 - REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or returns once you have gained access to course materials or Digital Products.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds: Digital Products are delivered instantly and in full upon purchase. Once you gain access to the course content, videos, documents, and resources, you have received the complete product as described.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us immediately at shivam@remoteasy.io. We will work to resolve any legitimate access issues.

Pre-Purchase Review: We encourage you to carefully review all course descriptions, curriculum details, and any available sample content before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LICENSE

Our Ownership: All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, documents, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Remoteasy.io, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Digital Products for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license permits you to:

Access and view course materials for your personal learning
Download materials designated as downloadable for personal use
Use templates and resources for your personal job search activities

Restrictions: You must NOT:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any course materials or Digital Products
Share your account access or course materials with others
Record, screenshot, or capture course videos or content for redistribution
Use course materials for commercial purposes, including teaching, training, or reselling
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from materials
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Digital Products

Enforcement: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our Digital Products may result in immediate termination of your access and may violate federal and international intellectual property laws. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for any violations.

SECTION 8 - COURSE ACCESS AND ACCOUNT USAGE

Access Duration: Unless otherwise specified, you will have ongoing access to purchased courses and Digital Products. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue access with reasonable notice.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You may not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

Prohibited Sharing: You may not share, distribute, or make course content available to others who have not purchased access. This includes but is not limited to:

Sharing login credentials
Recording or screenshotting course content for others
Posting course materials on file-sharing sites or social media
Using course materials in any commercial capacity without written permission

Violation Consequences: If we detect account sharing or unauthorized use, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access without refund.

SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our courses may reference or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as LinkedIn Premium, email tracking tools, job boards, etc.). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or policies.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide information about such tools "as is" without any warranties, representations or endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of any third-party tools.

Any use by you of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should review and approve the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party services before using them.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, job boards, company websites, or other external resources. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access of any third-party websites, or your use of any services or content on third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party's policies and practices before you engage with them.

Any job applications, interviews, or employment relationships you pursue as a result of our course content are between you and those third-party employers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment terms, or any employment-related disputes.

SECTION 11 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Remoteasy.io is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Remoteasy.io. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Remoteasy.io, including the course content, customer support, or any outcomes from your use of our Digital Products. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Remoteasy.io.

SECTION 12 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove Feedback that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, false, or otherwise objectionable.

SECTION 14 - NO GUARANTEES OF EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES

Important Disclaimer: While our courses provide valuable strategies, templates, and guidance for landing remote jobs, we make NO guarantees regarding employment outcomes, interview callbacks, job offers, or salary levels.

Your success in landing a remote job depends on many factors outside our control, including:

Your skills, experience, and qualifications
Market conditions and job availability
Your effort and consistency in applying the strategies
Employer preferences and hiring decisions
Competition from other candidates

The course provides education and tools, but results vary significantly between individuals. Any success stories or testimonials represent individual experiences and are not typical results that you should expect.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account immediately without refund if you violate any of these prohibited uses.

SECTION 17 - TERMINATION

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) in our sole discretion at any time, including for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Upon termination for cause (violation of Terms), you will lose access to all course materials without refund.

The following sections will continue to apply following any termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, No Guarantees of Employment Outcomes, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

SECTION 18 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EDUCATIONAL CONTENT ONLY: The information and strategies provided in our courses are for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees about employment outcomes, interview success, or job offers resulting from application of our materials.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY REMOTEASY.IO, THE SERVICES AND ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' FOR YOUR USE, WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

Your use of the Services will result in job offers or interviews
The course content will meet your specific career needs
The Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
Any job search strategies will work for your particular situation
Third-party tools or platforms referenced will remain available or effective

Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above disclaimer may not fully apply to you.

SECTION 19 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL REMOTEASY.IO, OUR INSTRUCTORS, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

Lost job opportunities or failed interviews
Lost income or career advancement opportunities
Time spent on job applications or interviews
Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or course access
Costs of substitute courses or services
Any employment-related disputes or outcomes
Reliance on course content or strategies

WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR DIGITAL PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THEM.

SECTION 20 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Remoteasy.io, Shopify, and our affiliates, instructors, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:

(1) Your breach of these Terms of Service (2) Your violation of any law or third-party rights (3) Your use or misuse of the Services or Digital Products (4) Your sharing or unauthorized distribution of course materials (5) Any employment disputes or outcomes resulting from your job search (6) Any false or misleading information you provide

SECTION 21 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed from these Terms. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

SECTION 22 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion by posting updates on our website. Material changes will be effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
